  My experience with Joy bird was so positive from beginning to end. I was leery buying a piece of furniture on-line but the customer service, (answering questions promptly before I even placed my order) and then keeping me informed of the production schedule through every step was absolutely wonderful. My Hughes couch arrived (delivery service was also top drawer) and it is beautiful, stylish and so-solid! We love it. It's a firm couch, which I really like -- no falling into it -- but comfortable. Now I'm drooling over a coffee table. I'll be back
