  I had my teeth cleaned at the office and it was a pleasant experience as it always is there. Nicole and Pam are excellent at tooth maintenance. They are gentle, caring and very informative! They always suggest things you can do to improve your home brushing and flossing routine.

  I went to Dr Oh with great hopes. At first he seemed like he could help me and cared. Then he talked to the dentist I had before him and I got labeled. He never cared after that and wrote me off as a patient. When he saw money in my mouth he was on board. When I had questions he took a bad attitude and then passed me off to his new assistant dentist. Most dentist belong to the "boys club" and cover for each other.
  I now have a tooth that Dr Oh made for me and no follow up at all. When I went in to this office to have it adjusted he acted insulted. He told me it was fine when it was not fine. He did not want to help me. The tooth he made for me eventually caused my bite to be off and could have been treated with a simple bite adjustment.
  He did no follow through for me. He left me high and dry. I am very unhappy at the way he treated me and my teeth were adversely affected.
  He comes on strong when you first meet him and says he cares about the whole you. But when it came time to do the work he just wanted to do it and be done and have no problems come back to him.
  Dentistry is not an exact science. It takes a great technician and one with patience and follow through. It s not wham bam thank you maam.
  I am seriously disappointed in Dr Oh and the level of care he gave me.
