  Laguna Grande IS A beautiful little park in Seaside .ca. across the street from Seaside City Hall and the police station! A well groomed park area for picnics. There's a walking trail that goes around the lake, with children's swings and accessories on both sides of the park. PUBLIC rest rooms are available. THIS park DOES have an attraction for the homeless, AND many of them can be seen loitering around! I have never heard of them bothering anyone and people seem to just ignore them and go about their business.
  There's ample parking on both sides of the park, AND the lake is filled with geese and ducks!
  In the summer THEY have "CONCERTS IN THE PARK" were THEY have local bands GIVE free Concerts!
