  I provided my insurance, that they accepted. After work was completed (2 crowns) and 3 visits. I was informed they didn't participate in "my program". Meaning no accepted rate of pay on my insurance. Full charge, ouch, very expensive.
  Second, not satisfied with the quality of work. I have had to return 2 seperate times to get the crown adjusted. Experienced, sensitivity & discomfort. Won't be returning.
