  The office has a terrible administrative crew despite the very attentive and professional doctor (and assistants). The person in charge of discussing treatment plan and processing authorization from the insurance (who appeared to be the doctors wife) is below standard by all measures. My concern started during my visit when I saw her treating one administrative staff with disrespect while helping clients. She focused on charging my credit card as much as she can. I didn't object because my primary focus was to get the medical attention. I had to call them more than 10 times to respond to the insurance's request needed to authorize the treatment plan. I had to call them repeatedly to file a claim so that I will be reimbursed. Interestingly, they didn't refund me after receiving the payment from my insurance, until I called. The new team lead (who I think is hired because similar problems built up) appear to have no control of the role, despite her professionalism over the phone. In all conversations, she had to reach the wife before giving me final answers. All these problems affected me by slowing down (if not deterring) from getting the treatment I wanted most. The team has to work on separating ownership and professional services.
